What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the name you provide. As you use Uprep, we store your study progress (topic statuses), notes, scheduled sessions, and study activity dates. This data is used solely to power your experience on the platform.

How we use your data

• To show your progress, streak, and leaderboard ranking
• To personalize the dashboard and study suggestions
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

AI Tutor

Messages you send to the AI Tutor are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate responses. These messages are not stored on our servers beyond your active session. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Data storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. We use industry-standard Row Level Security policies so only you can read and write your own data.

Cookies and local storage

Uprep uses cookies to maintain your login session. We also use browser localStorage to persist your timer state, flashcard progress, and quiz history. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us through krzn.site/links. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.
